  Complimentary Collection

  Schedule a complimentary pick-up via our courier partner or drop off your package at an authorized shipping boutique to begin the transit process.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
